I was going back and forward with True Blue on this one, and finally this summer I was contacted by ATSG engineer, and right now, this issue is finally at DM/Engineering. Control is lost, and only way to restore it is to reboot the DMPS video card or the whole DMPS. With DMPS3-4K-350's, if using RS 232 to control Epson Projectors or NEC LCD's (these are the only ones we use and only ones I could confirm) straight over the DM, it works fine until the DM cable is disconnected and reconnected, or the display is power cycled. Also, I have another ticket opened since fall 2018.

And now, they say to disable that because their newest and greatest DMPS has something messed up somehow. First they speak proudly about how secured the new processors are, they teach at Masters that we all should secure our devices, and give you tools and recommendations. But while I tried to figure out the best way to do these updates, I remembered that in March i put in the ticket to Crestron about very slow SFTP transfer to those, and their recommendation was to go FTP.
